Dr. Brown is a board-certified Emergency Physician with over a decade of experience practicing in the Great Lakes. A Traverse City native, Dr. Brown attended NMU for an undergraduate degree in Athletic Training before pursuing a medical degree from the University of Michigan, followed by Emergency Medicine training in Grand Rapids, MI. She lives in Skandia with her husband, three children and dogs. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, meditation, hiking, Nordic skiing, mountain biking (with varying degrees of success), and being in Lake Superior.

Dr. Crawford-Bartle is a board certified family medicine physician. She was born and raised in a small town in Michigan’s Lower Peninsula and fell in love with Marquette during a college visit. She received her undergraduate degree in communication studies from Northern Michigan University before attending Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit for her medical education. Dr. Crawford-Bartle returned to Marquette for her family medicine residency training before moving back to the Lower Peninsula to work as a primary care physician in a rural community followed by working in a university student health clinic providing primary and urgent care services to college students. Dr. Crawford-Bartle is thrilled to work with the Marquette community again.  Dr. Crawford-Bartle enjoys spending time with her husband, their four children, and friends. She likes downhill skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, running (particularly while socializing), and learning to garden.

Paige brings over eight years of experience in healthcare, with a background that spans both clinical and leadership roles. She has always been driven by a deep commitment to improving healthcare accessibility for all. Paige believes that everyone deserves timely, compassionate care, and she’s proud to be part of a team that’s making that a reality in the Marquette community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outside with her husband and son, gardening, relaxing by the lake, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.

Jason is our do-it-all back office staff. In addition to being married to Dr. Brown and helping raise their three children, he manages all the financial aspects of the business. He is also our local fish tank manager, and built a variety of furnishings around the clinic including the fish tank, front desk, signs, custom frames, and more. Janel brings over seven years of experience in business and office management, complemented by a background in child care. This diverse experience has cultivated a strong passion for helping others and a
deep understanding of the importance of community throughout her career. Outside of work, Janel enjoys quality time with her family, playing board and card games, reading, gardening, and soaking up the sun outdoors.
